MX Records are what tell the Internet how to direct email.  By changing your MX record, you ONLY effect where mail is going, not your website. In order for your email to go to our servers, you will need to change your MX records.  You will need to contact who you registered the domain with, or who is currently hosting your domain, and learn how to change your MX record. This is not something we can do for you.  However, you can choose to transfer your domain to us, and we would handle changing your MX records.

Most domain hosting services allow you to change your domain information online.

The MX record needs to look like the following:

Please Note:  MX records can take up to 48 hours to update and replicate across the Internet.  While most of the time it will be working in a matter of hours, it can take up to 48 hours for your MX record to resolve itself.
